Exchanges

 

Order replacement will be accepted only if the package reaches the customer and there is damage to the piece and breakage due to shipping. Some customs officials in some countries open the shipment. Please contact the team as soon as possible to find a way to replace the piece with a similar one.
Unfortunately, the item cannot be exchanged for another design.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom orders and custom-designed manufacturing whose drawings, sizes, and dimensions have been agreed upon and approved by the customer are not returnable.

Damages and issues 

If the returned shipment is received in poor condition, or there is a break in the jewelry as a result of negligence in the packaging method and failure to follow the directions provided by the support staff, the client will be responsible for the cost of fixing the broken piece.

 As a result, the cost of the repair will be subtracted subsequently from the cost of the replaced part.

 

الأستبدال

قبول الاستبدال فقط في حال وصول تلف بالشحنة .

لن يتم قبول استبدال الطلب إلا في حالة وصول الطرد إلى العميل وكان هناك تلف بالقطعة والكسر بسبب الشحن , يقوم بعض مسؤولي الجمارك في بعض البلدان بفتح الشحنة. وبذلك في بعض الحالات النادرة جدا تصل الشحنة الى العميل وهي تالفة . يرجى الاتصال بالفريق في أقرب وقت ممكن للعثور على طريقة لاستبدال القطعة بأخرى مماثلة.

سلع غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال  الطلبات المخصصة والتصنيع الخاص المصمم حسب الطلب التي وافق العميل على رسوماتها وأحجامها وأبعادها واعتمادها لا يمكن إرجاعها أو الاسترداد القيمة المالية  للأسف

 للأسف ، لا نقبل المبالغ المستردة في متجر جست لايك دايموندز و يمكنك دائمًا الاتصال بنا للحصول على أي سؤال متعلق بالإرجاع على الايميل  أو أرسل رسالة نصية إلى رقم تطبيق الواتس اب ا الذي يظهر على موقعنا.

 

الأضرار والقضايا

إذا تم استلام الشحنة المستبدلة الى فريقنا بحالة سيئة ، أو حدث كسر  في المجوهرات نتيجة إهمال الزبون في طريقة التغليف وعدم اتباع التوجيهات المقدمة من فريق الدعم ، يكون العميل مسؤولاً عن تكلفة إصلاح قطعة مكسورة. ويتم بذلك خصم مبلغ التصليح من سعر القطعة المستبدلة لاحقا.
